“Gender Fluid” Boy Accused of Raping Female Student in Bathroom

Loudon County, VA is making headlines because school board officials hid the story of a “gender fluid” biological male raping a freshman girl in a school restroom while they simultaneously pushed to approve transgender policies.

Scott Smith, the father of a teenage daughter, is publicly speaking out against Loudon County’s transgender student policy stating that his daughter was sexually assaulted in the girls’ bathroom by a male student who walked into the girls’ bathroom wearing a skirt. Although juvenile records are, by law, sealed to protect the minors involved, Smith’s attorney reportedly told the Daily Wire that “a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school.” The boy is also linked to another attack on a student at another high school, where he was transferred to after the initial incident concerning Smith’s daughter.

Parents have become vocal in stating that the Loudon County School Board officials have been intentionally trying to cover up the offense to save face because of their efforts to stifle Smith’s account of the events.

When Scott Smith tried to discuss this incident with school board officials during a public school board meeting, he was met with animosity and taken out of the meeting as though he was starting a physical fight and then arrested. The incident had happened in the last week of school just prior to the school system releasing students for the summer. Smith was also told that in order to have justice for his daughter he needed to remain silent, however, Smith was only at the school board meeting to find out what was going to happen next.

The Loudon County School Board’s treatment of Scott Smith comes soon after the National School Boards Association (NSBA) sent a letter to President Biden requesting federal assistance with “unruly” parents during school board meetings. The letter compared parents who are vocal during school board meetings across the U.S. to domestic terrorists and cited several hate crime acts and even suggested using the Patriot Act to combat parents. The incident involving Smith’s arrest was used in the letter as evidence for why they need to get parents out of the way. Essentially, the Depart of Justice and the Attorney General’s office both immediately bent the knee to the NSBA’s request.

That the father defending his daughter who was sexually assaulted was vilified by the Loudoun County School Board and NSBA instead of the transgender policy that enabled the attack to occur in the first place is atrocious.

These policies are unjust and they are unsafe. Despite the threats from the DOJ, parents need to continue fighting to defend their children from these egregious policies. Respecting biological identity is not only biblical and scientific – it is common sense. It is a shame that at least two females have had to suffer at school because of some activists’ obsession with identity politics.
