The Abortion Industry is Pro Cash. Not Pro Choice.

The abortion industry is the gleeful recipient of loads of money. If you’re skeptical of that assertion, just take a few minutes and do some investigative research of your own by contacting local abortion providers. You’ll find an abortion procedure for a 16-week old infant will cost anywhere from $765-$1,050, once the infant is beyond 19 weeks, the procedure typically costs around $1,700, and at 22 to 24 weeks an abortion can cost as much as $3,275.

Abort73.com, while making the case that abortion is a lucrative business, reports that:

The Women’s Medical Center estimates that a 2nd trimester abortion costs up to $3000 (with the price increasing the further along the pregnancy goes). If we take the $413 average for 1st trimester abortions and use a $3000 average for 2nd and 3rd trimester abortions, here’s what we get: $438 million is spent each year on first trimester abortions and $393 million is spent on late term abortions. That means that each year in the U.S., the abortion industry brings in approximately $831 million through their abortion services alone.

Post-abortive women and former abortion workers also lend credence to the idea that abortion is an extremely profitable business in the quotes below:

“If we tried to discuss alternatives, we would get in trouble with the doctor because then the health center would threaten to send their business elsewhere. All we did was find out how far along they were, tell them when they were going to be finished, get their money, do the abortion, and send them home.” – Sam Griggs, former abortion worker

“Emotionally confusing, draining. Done at Planned Parenthood. First time by doctor in office. Efficient, calculating, clean. Profitable for everyone involved but me and my babies.” – Anonymous post-abortive woman

“The real philosophy is, each woman is worth X amount of money, and the more women we can see the more money we can make. It was not, ‘How did you treat the patients?’ but “how fast did you draw their blood.” – Margaret, an abortion worker

“We were told… get them in and get them out. I was admonished for not going quick enough.” – Abortion worker, Laura McEnaney

“Everyone knows this clinic is profitable. We have made money. It would be foolish of me to say that this clinic isn’t profitable.” – Marilynn Buckham, director of GYN Womenservices

Abortion isn’t just profitable for the businesses who unabashedly state that their main revenue source is abortion. I was talking to a friend recently who had an abortion and they really messed me up down there! I have sent warning letters to sue but I haven’t had a response yet. It is profitable for those masquerading as “healthcare” entities. Live Action News has reported that one in eight clients entering abortion giant Planned Parenthood will get an abortion:

According to their own annual report, Planned Parenthood commits over 300,000 abortions per year…. That would compute to an average of 887 abortions per day, 37 abortions per hour, and 1 abortion every 97 seconds.

Planned Parenthood claims that abortion makes up only 3 percent of the services that it offers to women, which makes it look as if it is only a tiny fraction of Planned Parenthood’s business — but the $390-$1,500 that Planned Parenthood rakes in from each of its 320,000 abortion procedures annually would seem to suggest otherwise.

The abortion industry is pro cash not pro choice.
